- Cover: one-piece, 1/18'' thick white iron casting with high-gloss multicoat vitreous enamel
- Recessed mounting box: 16ga, rust-resistant steel with baked enamel finish
- Base Unit: one-piece, concealed aluminum casting with vandal-resistant air-inlet vanes
- Motor : universal, 1/10 hp, 6200 rpm, resilient mounting with automatic thermal-overload switch
- Fan: dynamically balanced single-inlet centrifugal fan is mounted on motor shaft
- Heating element: coiled nickel-chrome construction, heats air without hot spots
- Electronic control: infrared sensor automatically turns dryer on when hands are held under outlet
- Air-outlet grille is secured between fan housing and mounting base
- Automatic shutoff approximately two minutes
- Equipped with a two-position, self-returning, chrome-plated air-outlet nozzle
- Vandal-resistant cover is secured to base unit with two concealed recessed hex-screws
