We carry commercial floor hatches and sidewalk doors by Milcor, Babcock Davis, and Cendrex for light vehicle and heavy pedestrian traffic in commercial building applications. Floor hatches and doors offer safe, secure access to basements and lower levels and are available in stock sizes with single and double leaf configurations, as well as custom sizes for retrofit projects with existing floor openings. 


Our floor hatches collection features standard drainable and non-drainable floor doors, as well as fire rated doors to maintain fire barriers between building levels or recessed door panels to accept laminated tile floor coverings. Commercial floor access hatches are available in primed steel or aluminum material, and are outfitted with stainless steel hinges, slam latches, and hold open arms for securing the door or lid in the open position.
