Our ADA approved grab bars are offered in two distinct types. The most common is stainless steel. It is strong, durable and comes in a wide variety of finishes and colors. For an even wider array of styles and colors, our Hewi Ultramid nylon grab bars offer several features not available in the stainless steel grab bars.
Twelve specific types of buildings must comply with the ADA guidelines. They include schools, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, stadiums, theaters, convention facilities, museums, parks and hospitals, banks, gas stations and Laundromats.
