Fire Rated Insulated Access Door - 1" Exposed Flange - Babcock-Davis provides ultimate fire safety with 3 hour horizontal ratings and 1-1/2 hour vertical. 2” mineral fiber insulation protects mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures from flames. Easy setup allows for wall or ceiling mounting.

  • UL listed "B" label for 1-1/2 hour rating (vertical)
  • Warnock-Hersey listed for 3 hour rating (horizontal); 24” x 36” maximum size
  • Door: 20 gauge steel
  • Frame: 16 gauge steel
  • Wall or ceiling installation
  • Models sized 30" x 30" and larger can only be wall mounted.
  • Concealed pin hinge
